Summary: The resort was absolutely amazing! Our view wasn't of the beach, but a nice garden area. Everyone working there was friendly. We will definitely be going back!

Summary: We liked the pool with swim up bar. We also very much enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the bay. The staff was all incredibly nice and helpful. The biggest let down were the activities and excursions the resort cancelled while we were there. We tried going on the turtle swim add-on excursion, but they cancelled it prematurely.

Summary: It was easily accessible from the airport. Needed to adjust to St. Thomas roads (opposite lanes) and was greeted by the Manager on duty. She was efficient and gracious. Our room was sufficient even though hot water was not in abundance. The environment we were in propogated an abundance of mosquitoes which I was a victim of. Menu was basic American selections. A breakfast purist noticed that they served powdered eggs instead of fresh eggs for breakfast. There is a difference in the taste and texture. The Blueberry pancake special was a thumbs up. Kudos to the bartenders who kept the drinks coming, The Sailboat experience was breathtaking, Tim's Tours was informational and the views were phenomenal, and lots of places to shop.

Summary: This is our absolute favorite place on St Thomas! We have been there 3 times and keep coming back because they treat us like family. This time, we happened to be there during hurricane Erin and they took such good care of us. We love Bolongo.

Summary: The staff was very attentive. The location was great because we rented a car and it is in the middle of a lot of parts of the island- 15 minutes any way. Lots of water activities on site.
